Ever since variable refrigerant flow (VRF) technology came to the United States, we have been installing, servicing, and maintaining every brand at our NYC location. This gave us the opportunity to test all systems first hand to form our own opinions. When we developed Just Ductless HVAC we decided to only offer our clients the best.

We've tried every brand!

Longevity/Quality

We have many installations that are 10+ years old that are still in operation. Many of which have only needed maintenance and have never had a part fail.

Parts

We have struggled in the past with other manufacturers that went out of business or are more focused on selling you new equipment then repairing your existing . Mitsubishi makes it easy to source parts for repairs and equipment for installations.

Technical Support

With any brand you may sometimes need to review a situation with the manufacturer. With the support network Mitsubishi Electric offers, we have confidence that they will always be there for us.

With the industry constantly evolving, Mitsubishi keeps us updated and informed with their in depth training programs. We have personally attended training courses in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and their U.SA. headquarters in Georgia.
